Frugale Tabitha. Pickled onions.

These onions are so good!  They fancy up a salad/burger/steak sandwich no end!  They make a very nice gift too!

You all know me. I would do a heap of these, keep a couple, add a nice label and use as gifts or trades.  Pretty much all the men in the family love pickles.  I like these too as I love a steak sandwich! 

Sometimes a side dish/condiment/pickle just elevates everything.  These would be completely amazing in a little bowl on a cheese board. mmm...   I am adding them to my pre Christmas foodie gifts.
