It has been a busy week! Spring is in the air! I never set foot off the farm this week as Andy did the run into town and picked up the groceries. This allowed me to get so much more done at home. An extra day is like gold!
Some of the ways we got ahead, build up our home and pantry included:
We set aside a day for a "put it to good use" project. There has been an old and dilapidated garden shed on the property that was not used. I decided that the tennis court where we keep the goats would really benefit from a better shelter. Nothing much fits through the gates into the tennis court which limited us before. But if we took this shed down, and re building on the inside, it would be fantastic!
Our helpers for the day watched on. In the end it worked, the shed came back together and although it is not the Taj Mahal it is really good!
The door isn't yet on. That needs repairs. So I think I will add my black rooster and hens to this area and see if we can hatch some black chicks. I am on the watch out for some perches and nesting boxes.
I cut up a whole pumpkin and roasted it plus a couple of onions.
This became the most delicious soup which I shared with Chloe.
Orange was apparently the theme of the week as I made Orange Cakes using up three oranges.
This one was for the girls and two more were made up in loaf tins for easy work lunches.
The jar is some Lemon Infused Honey. It was something new to try as I have lemons still and farm honey.
You wash an organic lemon and cut it through in a spiral so that honey is going to get right through it. Then simply cover with honey. After a couple of days your honey is full of lemon goodness. I am having some everyday in a cup of tea. I am calling it immune boosting honey! I read you can keep it like this for months. We are using it everyday so I might not find out how long it lasts unless I do a test one to see.
At Mum's I picked a basket of Rosemary and Bay Leaves.
I used some of the Rosemary with a Lamb roast during the week. I saved a little bit to see if I can get it to strike. The Bay Leaves are hanging up to dry.
And I still have lemons left... so I made another batch of Lemon Butter and froze it. It is probably a bad thing to discover but it freezes soft and is like ice cream!
After a few weeks of battling away I finished re organising my craft room. Now I love it!
I also know what I have and where.
I painted up an old table and a little set of bedside drawers. I had left over paint and decals from another bigger chest of drawers I did last year.
I made an Impossible Pie one night and got lunches from it as well.
Now I am starting to realise I did a lot this week! Ok then... full of momentum at conquering the craft room I took on the fridge! Oh boy. But now like the craft room I keep admiring it! It looks so good and smells of vanilla. It took a couple of hours as I washed the drawers, re lined everything and re organised it.
Because of all this I didn't get much craft done but I did dye some seam binding ribbon. This is my first batch. I am going to do several colours and use them as crafty gifts.
I added 10 250g slabs of butter to the freezer.
Now, the two biggest things. We got our tractor! It came yesterday. This was very exciting.
This is the getting stuff done equivalent to the Cavalry arriving.
Straight out to work...
Today it is one year since my Dad died. I feel better about it so far today than I did yesterday. I know he would be very happy with how things are going here. I feel him with me such a lot. I feel I am still together with him although I am here and he is there. If that makes sense.
Well, that is my week. See you Monday with our next preparedness post. xxx
Thinking of you. Your Dad would be so proud of what you have accomplished, in these most trying of times. And that tractor is so shiny and knew, I'm going to keep this page open and show Wayne when he gets home, he'll be so excited for you. Take care. Cath xxxx
ReplyDeleteThank you Cath that is very kind. I have barely seen Andy he is off on the tractor somewhere!xxx
DeleteDear Annabel and beautiful bluebirds !
ReplyDeleteAnnabel I am sending you love today on the first anniversary of your dads passing . I know he would be very proud of you all and of you in particular .
The tractor looks great Annabel , I love how you put it to work straight away !. Make hay while the sun shines as you say !.
It was a quiet week for me this week , with not much happening here. M pay mum has put aside four meals for me so that is a savings there. That adds to the meals I have in my freezer too.
I hope everyone had a lovely weekend. I love the look and descriptions of all your cooking and baking Annabel .
Love Barb W
Dear Barb, Thank you so much. That was so nice of your Mum. Yes we are making hay while the sunshines for sure! Thanks Barb, with love Annabel.xxx
DeleteYour Dad would be so proud of your efforts. He will be up in heaven and telling everyone how terrific you are. I want photos of you driving around in your tractor. I have serious tractor envy.
ReplyDeleteI got my sewing machine back from the sewing machine Dr yesterday. I had not long gotten home with it, when a friend messaged me and requested cotton facemasks for herself and her five boys. No problem. These have been completed and Bluey posted them today.
My brother and SIL came for an overnight visit. It was wonderful to see them both. They are smitten with young Spencer and enjoyed every minute they got with him.
I stewed up a bag of free green apples. This has been used in little pies and has been had with yoghurt for a snack. I also made sweet chilli jam. I didnt use the hot chillies and whilst tasty there is no heat.
My big news is my son is leaving the armed services and is planning on moving his family here. The little girls are almost as excited as I am. I cant think of much else right now.
Life is Granny exciting!!!!!!!!
Dear Jane, Thank you that is a lovely thing to say.
DeleteI am so glad your sewing machine is all fixed. I knew you would be back to work immediately. Good job on the face masks. Very nice you got to see your brother and SIL.
I can imagine they were happy to see little Spencer.
Jane if your son and family can live locally you have it made! What a game changer to see them and be nearby and part of their every day lives... I can totally understand your excitement! With much love Annabel.xxx
thinking of you and your family today. i'm sure your father would have loved your tractor. thank you for all your writing. I love reading everything you do and thank you for sharing your ideas. x Ann
ReplyDeleteDear Ann, Thank you so much for your kindness, With love Annabel.xxx
DeleteDear Annabel, thinking of you and your Dad - he really was such a forward thinking person, I still think on the timing of things in your life - it was all just in time and he would definitely be so proud of everything you have done since. I have had a busy home schooling week. We have a few plans for tomorrow that I hope can be carried out as change is in the air again, sigh. One of those plans is getting a 20 litre bucket of honey. Yesterday my husband picked up an old fold down caravan that someone didn't want. the base of it is solid and he plans to make a trailer out of it, a cover for his Dad's tractor with the top and it had a foldable table inside and also a sink and gas stove that we will also put to good use. He had a dental appointment at a town 3 hours away yesterday so as we passed back through a town where two of my sisters live - we phoned them and was able to meet them at a park. It was so good to see them even if it was for a short time. I felt a bit emotional driving away from them. At the moment we can meet and eat together at a restaurant but not visit them at home. Love Clare
ReplyDeleteThank you so much Clare. How wonderful to get a big bucket of honey! I am so glad you got to see your sisters. I can imagine feeling emotional when you left. It is the strangest thing to be able to meet them at a restaurant but not at home. Your husband is very inventive to make a trailer! Well done on the homeschooling. I know you would be doing a very good job! You made the best of the week and added to your pantry too! Thank you also re my Dad. with love, Annabel.xxx
DeleteDear Annabel!
ReplyDeleteYou are living a beautiful legacy - honouring your Dad and Mum ...... and building a refreshing aspect of your own!!!!!
You are appreciated!!!!!
Rachel
Thank you Rachel. I was just noticing how beautiful the farm looks, so tree and lush, water everywhere, Dad would be happy! xxx
DeleteDear Annabel , what a busy and varied week you've had . Hard to believe it's a year since your dad passed . I think of you and he often and I wished Id met him but I do feel you are carrying on his work ethic . I bet he's keeping an eye on your beautiful new tractor :-) and guiding you along the way . Take cate , with love Maria xxx
ReplyDeleteDear Maria, Thank you. I hope I can still be working to help my family on my last day too. The tractor has been amazing already! How did we do without it! Have a nice weekend there. With love Annabel.xxx
DeleteAnnabel
ReplyDeleteHugs across the sea to you. Can you believe I still miss my grandfather after over 30 years! There are more smiles now with remembering him, but the pain of loss doesn't ever go.
I do believe your dad would be so happy to see what you are doing on your farm and the people you are encouraging through your blog all across the world just goes to show your dad was a great father :)
The tractor looks a beaut ;) And those little goats make me smile every time!
Have a lovely weekend with your family.
Much love, Heidi xxx
Heidi, I miss my Grandpa too and it has 38 years now. He was so much fun and he loved his grandchildren so much. When we were children and sat down to eat a meal he would pull pennies out of his pocket and sit them by his plate. Then announce that he has a penny for everyone who cleans their plates. We never complained about anything we did not like if there was a Grandpa penny to be had!
DeleteYou have done your Dad proud Annabel. He will be smiling down on you saying, "you go my girl." I am sure you have inherited many of your parents traits as they are starting to show through in these hard times. All we can do is adapt to what ever is coming and you are pointing us in the right direction and helping us find our way through this difficult period in time.
ReplyDeleteThis week, I managed to get to my garden and tidy it up a bit after being neglected all year. I have been making plans for the coming times and restocking my pantry shelves in preparation. I am baking my own sourdough bread again after a big pause and making sure I eat as healthy as possible and exercise every day I can manage, which hopefully is most days. I am concentrating on getting as healthy as I can, its part of the preparation for what lies ahead. I am compiling a folder of the healthiest meals I can find. Other than that I am picking delicious mandarins, oranges, lemons and grapefruit and tomorrow I will make some finger licking yummy marmalade. I dried parsley and stinging nettle. Made dad some meals of shepherds pie. I also added a crochet border to a couple of hand towels, finished a blanket that Mum had started but not finished, started sorting out extra stuff around here that I don't need, and will donated it. My clothes will be next as I have lost weight and a lot of them no longer fit. Then I will start on my craft room and try to declutter or at least organise better than it is at the moment. Over the past few months it became a dumping ground for odds and sods. In the future, I intend to sew more of my own clothes and also frequent op shops for clothing bargains. I am trying to not buy new anymore.
By the way I love your tractor! What an asset that is going to be around your farm. Those goats are pretty darn cute too. Your cooking looks delicious and your sewing/craft room has inspired me. I am going to try the lemon honey too, because it should be a good immune booster!
Wow Twelve months without your Dad already. How quickly time passes us by. Thinking of you and your family as you remember the special times and person your Dad was.
Lots of love and God bless,
Tania xxx
Dear Tania, Thank you. I know you had little time this last year for the garden and other things. I think it is a good idea to focus on being as fit and healthy as possible. Also to be stocked up and have the garden producing.
DeleteIt is lovely you finished the blanket for your Mum. I think all you are doing is lovely and you sound good. It is one day at a time. Love and hugs, Annabel.xxx
It is wonderful to have all those good memories of our Dads. Since my Dad passed away last year I have remembered so many wonderful times we had both as children when he took us on so many adventures and as adults.
ReplyDeleteWe had a hard week with Tropical Storm Fred coming very near us as it came inland here in the SE USA. Areas in the mountains north of us are under water and 20 people are missing . It has been hard to see areas on the news that we are very familiar with since my in-laws lived there for many years before they passed away. They lived on the grounds of Christian retreat center and most of the buildings there are under water.
We had hornets living in the eaves of our house in two places so we had to call an exterminator. He came and treated them after dark one night and I am happy to say that did it. My Husband reacts so badly to stings that I was worried he would get stung. Some things are best left to the professionals!
Have a fun weekend with your new tractor!
Dear Lana, Yes we are blessed with so many beautiful memories.
DeleteI saw a little about flooding in the news and didnt realise this was near to you. That is terrible. I hope people are found. alive.
I would be afraid of Hornets as I react to bites too. So I am glad that is sorted out!
Many thanks Lana, with love Annabel.xxx
Dear Annabel,
ReplyDeleteThinking of you and how proud your Dad would (still!) be of you. Your little goaties are so cute! I love their knees! :) You have such panache...your craft room is divine.
I got the outside front door and windows trim painted this week, and scrubbed down another window frame and shutters in preparation to paint that. Made and canned 17 qts. of applesauce, plus dried lots and used lots for various baked goods. Picked and froze peas, green beans, and swiss chard. Washed window blinds and curtains in the master bedroom and got them back up. Froze a meal's worth of stuffed peppers from peppers grown in pots outside my door. Knitted on a scarf (Christmas present) and sewed on a dress (present). Can't remember what else...like you, I all of a sudden realize it's been a busy week!
Thanks for posting your encouraging words and deeds and for showing us so much beauty and goodness!
xx Jen in NS
Dear Jen, Thank you! The goats have ridiculously short legs like they have been cut off. They look so funny.
DeleteYou had a very busy and productive week! I would love to see your knitting as your work is amazing. Christmas now seems not far away... once it is September I really start to think about it.
Have a good new week Jen! With love Annabel.xxx
Dear Annabel,
ReplyDeleteHugs and prayers to you on the anniversary of your Dad' Homegoing. I Know he would be so proud of you and all that you are accomplishing as well how you share that knowledge with others.
I typically come back and read all the posts and responses sometime on Thursday. Imagine my surprise to see all the extra posts. Suffice it to say that I have some catching up to do reading it all before Monday. I am STILL reading posts on your old blog that I had bookmarked
Love seeing those little goats . I'll bet their antics are entertaining. Your craft room is beautiful, so light and bright with pretty flowers.
Your new tractor is wonderful! What a help and time saver it will be. Off to catch up on the preparedness posts. Blessings, Laura
Annabel I always enjoyed your stories about your Dad, and his wisdom still features regularly in your posts. I think you do an amazing job literally every day of honouring his wishes for his family to be safe and cared for. I’m sure he is proud beyond measure. Sending love to you and your family.
ReplyDeleteYou are so resourceful! Moving that shed was a great idea. And your tractor! I wonder if for a little while there will be more tractor photos than animal photos in your posts lol?!
Your craft room is beautiful! Wow. You have definitely inspired me to organise myself. And thank you so much for your suggestions about making craft kits etc. I already have plans for a few of my ‘not very well planned’ buys!!
Our lockdown has been extended by four days at this stage, with an update to come on Monday. We are well stocked here and have been doing some activities that we seem to run out of time for usually. Sewing, making crystals, paper mache, and of course baking.
My sons birthday will be in lockdown so I’m using your idea of a dinner party. He’s only turning 9 so rather than coffee it will focus more on a dessert buffet! He loves to get dressed up with a shirt and tie so I think he’ll enjoy it. Thank you for the idea!
Have a restful weekend, take care.
Jen (NZ)
Aw, I love how Scout is "in charge" 💖 watching over the new shed for the goats. What a nice building! I showed my husband your new John Deere tractor and he has tractor envy ;). I told him that wherever we move, he can buy a little one...at the very least a riding mower.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks wonderful where you are: green grass, blue skies, white fluffy clouds. Here in SD, we're having lovely overcast, cloudy skies and a great break in the heat.
I did buy a rolling cart from Michael's (a craft store here) and organized it with all my card-making supplies. It was so nice to get all the things out of the shelves in the craft room closet and consolidated together where I can see and grab what I need more easily. Love doing things like this!
Your painted white, decal'd furniture looks so pretty in your craft room. Makes you have more energy to create or accomplish whatever craft when you are up-lifted by how the room looks.
Your cakes and honey and lemon curd look and sound delicious! And how fantastic to be able to pick fresh rosemary and bay leaves from your Mom's.
Stay well all ~ Mary in San Diego
Thanks for sharing your craft room with us, Annabel. Your ribbons are amazing! I'm so inspired.
ReplyDeleteI think I speak for most of us who've visited this site for some time, we feel your loss. I came to love your dad myself as you shared about him. We will remember him. And we carry on his legacy, just as you do. Making the most of what we've been given and being a light to those around us. Loving and encouraging others for Christ!
I'm feathering my nest by preserving veggies from the garden. We've been having bean snapping parties. ;) I enjoyed baking 3 of your famous banana cakes. 2 for the family to enjoy and one to gift. My husband finally got a job! God be praised.
Blessings to all!
Dear Leslie, Thank you so much for such a beautiful moment. Oh I am so glad you like the Banana cakes! The girls love these. I need to get some bananas on special! Oh congratulations to your husband and whole family! This is the best news. This is a very very good thing! So pleased for your Leslie! With love Annabel.xxx
DeleteDear Annabel,
ReplyDeleteI am certain your dad is so proud of you all and how you have soldiered on and made so many improvements, responding with courage and fortitude to these unprecedented challenges and sharing your wisdom all the while. You would make any dad proud, I am sure. My dad passed away 11 years ago and the things you have told us about your dad remind me of the character traits of my own. My dad was an overcomer, and the kindest man of great integrity. I was fortunate to have him for a dad.
Congratulations on the arrival of the big John Deere!!! yay! We have owned a few John Deere's ourselves over the years, but much much smaller than yours. LOL That is a BIG get!
Love the updated craft room! How beautiful and pleasant to work in there. It looks like you! That dyed seam binding is so pretty. I'm heading up to my craft room in a few minutes to declutter and organize too!
Your basket of rosemary and bay leaves must have smelled heavenly. I have a couple of rosemary plants, one on my front porch and one in the garden. My bay laurel is on my front porch too, but your harvests put mine to shame that's for sure! I did not plant a garden this summer for the first time in many years. We were so busy clearing out and preparing my mom's house to sell while the market here was so crazy good, that there was no time for it. It's just as well because it's been a dry summer and the cicadas were overwhelming here! The noise about made one mad and their carcasses were just scattered everywhere. Sigh... My little potted plant garden out front was a struggle the whole time and yielded pitiful little. I do hope to get in a fall garden though.
I'm going to try your orange cake recipe. It sounds wonderful! I love orange scent and flavors.
I think your "new" shed is just the thing. We raised Angora goats many years ago and had a log cabin style shed back in the pastures for them to use if they were away from the barn. I hope you are able to raise some chicks!
I've been busy working on your preparedness challenge. I have kept up my good pantry all this time by essentially just replacing items as I use them. This gives me so much comfort. It's only the two of us, but I'm also prepared for our daughter and her husband and any other family or friends that may be in need. Prices are rising, and even though we don't have shortages in stores here I'm watching what's going on and trying to purchase items I think may escalate in price substantially or become harder to find. We have a number of things we need to do property wise as well, such as replacing some siding on our house and getting it painted. The lumber prices have come down a bit, so we hope to do that soon.
Thank you for sharing your good week with us! CarlaM
Annabel, has it been a year already? Your dad would be so proud of all that you have accomplished. And if he were alive, he'd be green with envy today--John Deere green, LOL. As for moving the shed (great idea), I thought it was hilarious that you said it's no Taj Mahal. My husband got a little carried away building a shed at our other house and I used to refer to it as the Taj Mahal!
ReplyDeleteAbout 6 weeks ago, I bought $1,000 worth of tickets in the Special Olympics Idaho truck raffle. (My daughter participated in SO for 25 years and my husband and I volunteered for many years in many different capacities). I can hardly believe this--last week I won $1,000 in the weekly pre-raffle and this week, I DID IT AGAIN!! (The only thing I'd ever won before was a parakeet at a rabbit show in 1954). We used all of my winnings to buy more tickets--as my husband pointed out, we're still working off the original $1,000. Plus, he'd really like to have a new truck!
I bought the limit of five 4 lb. bags of sugar for .97 each. I normally buy a year's worth of sugar at the fall baking sales, but between inflation and supply issues, who knows? So, I am buying what I can, when I can.
I harvested more tomatoes and canned 3 more pints = 7 to date. Also picked an oversized zucchini I missed earlier, and some Swiss chard. A few weeks ago, all of of my chard had big dried-up, tan/brown splotches on the leaves--looked like some kind of scald. I couldn't ID it and didn't know what to do. I ended up removing the affected leaves...which was just about every single one. Big surprise--there are new leaves, and except for a couple of small spots on a few, they are perfect! I have a tiny garden, and only a little chard, but at least I will get a few meals.
This week I was Mrs. Fixit. I replaced the rubber ring and pressure relief valve on my ancient pressure cooker and replaced the male end on my garden hose. Both simple fixes that I had been putting off.
A friend of mine gave my daughter two brand-new tote bags she received as gifts and didn't need.
Yesterday I made two quiches--ate one, froze the other. It is the first of my 7 freezer meals. I have been reading a lot and asking a lot of questions about freezing enchiladas because mine always turn to mush. I had a haircut this morning and the stylist freezes enchiladas all the time. She told me that corn tortillas hold up a lot better than flour and that white corn tortillas are wonderful and freeze really well. Also, when she makes enchiladas, she uses the sauce inside the enchilada, freezes the remainder separately, and adds the sauce after she thaws them. As soon as I can get some white corn enchiladas, I'm going to give it a go. Hoping to make 2-3 freezer meals next week.
Hugs from Canada. Your Dad would be very proud and happy to see all you have done and are doing.
ReplyDeleteGod bless.
You had a very productive week, Annabel. It is hard when that first anniversary rolls around. My Grandpa passed when I was eight and I still miss him 64 years later.
ReplyDeleteYour new tractor is very nice. That is a very practical investment for the farm.
I have been trying to push each day with food storage and planning. We buy so many bulk items and multiples of items that it takes time to vacuum seal them all.
Your sewing room is so lovely.
With love,
Glenda
I am thinking and praying for you and your family, Annabel. Every day is hard with a loss, especially the one of your Dad, but anniversaries are so difficult. Your Dad would be so proud and I think would be singing your praises from heaven.
ReplyDeleteYou are incredible to have achieved so much. I can imagine your Dad would be very impressed with that tractor- what a beauty!
Prayers, hugs and love, Lily
I just stopped by for my weekly reading and found out about the preparedness posts. I’m in and am going to start playing catch up. So excited and thankful
ReplyDeleteMargee from Missouri (right in the middle of America for your world wide readers)
I am in love with your goats! My husband says we can't get another cat, I wonder what he would say if I asked for goats? ;) Oh yes, don't you just hate it when you find out something tastes good frozen? That's why I freeze cookie dough now instead of the baked cookies.
ReplyDeleteFunny enough, I think of your dad often while reading these posts of yours. I often think of his timeliness in getting you all set up on your own farms nearer family and on land of your own.
ReplyDeleteA tip for striking the rosemary. You can easily propogate it in water but you MUST have at least two inches of leaves UNDER water. I was accustom to the rule of no leaves in the water and was stripping the stems but that is not true if you're trying to root! I set mine stems in water in a sunny window and in about four weeks had long roots. I now have six new plants growing in pots on the backporch so they aren't getting full on sun while they grow a little bigger. I hope to plant more rosemary even though I don't need it. My one bush is HUGE taking up nearly four feet of space around and tall! I have a smaller bush at other end of the porch. I love to just walk by and run my hands over the stems as it smells so good. It overwinters here in my area without any problems though I did lose a smaller one to cold one year.
Your relationship with your Dad was a special one indeed, Annabel, and your daughters will always have wonderful memories of him as well. Sadly, our grown children have very few memories of their grandparents, who all passed away when our daughter and son were very young.
ReplyDeleteYour tractor is a beast! Your lives will be much easier in lots of ways, thanks to your timely purchase. And your craft room looks like a delightful place to work in. It's nice to imagine you busy in there, working more magic.
Stay well, Linda
Thank you Linda. I was very lucky to have three out of four of my Grandparents until my late thirties. Dads Dad passed away when I was four but I remember him. So yes the girls have been very lucky and Dad was so much part of their lives.
DeleteThe Beast would be a good name for the tractor lol. The beast with no rest because if has been going flat out! xxx
Dearest Annabel,
ReplyDeleteThink iOS my of you praying for you. Your Dad about of lived the tractor. :) I !earned to drive a tractor before a car. I my little farm town sometimes the farmer would drive the tractors to lunch. I second Annabel photo on the tractor maybe name the tractor something your Dad would like! I st miss my mom. I always try to write
A memory, when I am miss het.. Great bugs hugs my friend.
Love , Patti
Dear Patti, Thank you for your very kind words. I might have to over come my fears and learn to drive it and hope I dont knock down the house !
DeleteIf so Ill provide photographic evidence I promise! With love Annabel.xxx
Hi Annabel
ReplyDeleteGosh your Dad would be so proud of all that you have achieved in the past year. Thinking of your family as you go through the emotions over the coming days. You will have good days and bad days filled with loving memories. DD11 and I always share a cake, look at the stars and share memories on the anniversary of my Brother's passing.
I have to say the animals pictures always seem to give me a chuckle. They are love to be part of what you are doing.
Hope that all your family are safe and well. My family are still all in lockdown. Things are changing so quickly and in some instances getting well out of hand. We have been fairly lucky here with a few challenging times but nothing like what we have seen in NSW or Melbourne.
DD11 is off to on a school camp next Sunday (change from Sydney/Canberra to staying in our state) but still it has been a worry and she is still a little apprehensive about going and I think I am also as this will be the first time that I will be home alone and I wont know what to do with the time on my hands.
Went sewing twice this week so this has helped me to get further ahead with the quilt I am currently making. I will be up to putting the wadding in and the backing on this week and I have loved watching this one come together. Not sure what I will be making after this.
Spring has certainly been in the air here with a few hot days and some milder days as well, lots of birds visiting the garden each day.
Enjoy your week ahead and I love the new tractor.....time to get those "L plates" out and learn to drive it.
Take Care
Aly xxx
Your Dad lives on in you Annabel. Sending love on this day, and all the days to come. You are a living example of the idea that we all live on through our children. Mimi xxx
